Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is she is a Mexican American sportscaster. She is an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation often. She started working at ESPN in 2016. The child of television journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta has been bi-lingual since her age of nine. Her ability was crucial in securing her first role as producer assistant at Univision Miami at which time she was a producer of programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina and Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud. Then it was announced that her CBS subsidiary of St. Petersburg employed her as a sport reporter. She relocated in Rio Grande Valley in 2009 in order to join the team of reporters at the Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 Univision, as well as Fox2 News. Reporting on stories related to immigration and drug trafficking both across the Texas and Mexico border, she was employed as a news reporter for the Spanish channel KNVO TV48 Univision, as well as Fox2 News. In 1992, the couple divorced and shortly afterward in 1995 she was remarried Fabio Fajardo, the engineer for naval vessels who died in 2006 due to kidney cancer. Her residence was in Canton Ohio with her older sister during the summer, in which she was offered a job. Still a senior in high school but knowing exactly about what she wanted to pursue in her future, Antonietta went to the University of Mount Union to examine if it was a good fit for her goals. In the end, she loved the campus, and it offered the degree she was looking for. When she finished her high-school studies, she decided to go to the University to pursue media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor and was also the director of WRMU in which she's a member. They had a very close relationship. He encouraged her to be self-confident and his passion for journalism greatly influenced her as did she. She determined to meet his expectations, and to never failed him.
